Hi, my spouse and I currently hold a preapproval. Some questions--and we are using USAA, if that matters, or if anyone has experience with USAA:
This is my question: At any point during the underwriting/final approval process, does the lender send you a copy of your credit report, or a list of all monthly payment obligations, that kind of thing? (Yes, I know that I can obtain a copy of my report on my own at any time I'd like...but I'd just like to know whether to expect to see one or not.) We deal with USAA solely online/over the phone, and they FedEx or email most documents. We saw an electronic copy of active accounts on our credit report during the preapproval application process.
