The auto loan note is the promissory note you signed with Cap 1 for your auto loan. You should have a copy of the entire thing from your purchase. If you don't have it, you will need to contact Cap One and have them send over another one. Where is the original?
Contact Fidelity and have them send over the T&C for taking an advance out of your 401k
