My credit score is very low, reflecting a lot of old bad debt. However, for 9 years I have had a mortgage at a local bank where my history is perfect. I need to get a mobile home loan and if they just go by my FICO score I'll never get one. VP of bank said lender can call him to confirm perfect credit history, but I'm afraid I'll be denied right off the bat. Any ideas? Thank you.
