Forgive me for being clueless...new address? Do you mean that we would have to apply for a new home/address/lot? If the same home were available we wouldnt be able to apply for it?

That is correct, you would need to apply with a new home or lot..

If you apply for the same home they would see you were denied on it already..

That is really disheartening. I'm really praying that that DOES NOT happen (the denial) ...we're only 90 days away from a clear CR....thats why i'm hoping for an approval...even conditional....just not a flat out DENIAL!
