My fiance and I are looking to purchase a home. My FICO score is around 672, not great, I know, but it was 613 two months ago. I would venture to guess his is around 600. Between the two of us, we gross about $55,000 annually. The house we have in mind is listed at $60,000. We have a few thousand to spare for down payment, closing costs, etc. Any suggestions for lenders?
