Me and my wife will be applying for a mortgage loan in the next 3 months. She has a debt management relief service she is paying monthly on for a total of 6K in credit cards. before we got married. I will be putting down 30K for the loan. There shouldn't be any issues with her having that DMP on her credit report? she has no collections at all. only a foreclosure from 3 yrs ago from her previous marriage.
