I'm currently on workers comp and get paid weekly and my wife has a FT job for the past 8 yrs. Would there be an issue with me being on workers comp getting pre-approved? All my unpaid debt is paid off and my credit reports should be updated the middle of this month to reflect that. My middle score is 670 and my wifes is 650. I'll be putting down $25K for the down payment. Thanks for any input.
