Mortgage possibility????

Primary earner: $31000/year, FICO score 581

Secondary earner: $18200/year, FICO score 799

Is there any way to get a mortgage based on both incomes but higher FICO score?

Tuscani is right!!

Are you doing a Refi or Purchase? Down payment? Depending on what you want to do is what will open the doors. Doing FHA the fico does not matter too much but maybe you want to look at options with the 799 fico as the main borrower and only borrower. So many options!
