4.25%!!!!! The bank inputted the new value in and the rate went down today. Finally locking it today!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Wow,  I closed in July 2016 with a 680 mid score and have a 3.325% interest rate (credit union).  Do not waste any time locking in.  I have a feeling they are only going up....
