Aside from the ch 7, my credit file is pretty strong. I recently applied for some accounts and lenders showed that I had mid 700 scores. Will the presence of a bk7 on my CRA cap my mortage score in any way?
For those who had a bk on your CRA when applied for mortage, what's an achievable score? Is it possible to get best rates?
Thanks for your help

BK's are boat anchors in the sense that they cap the score, but a number of people who had good credit before it and good credit afterwards can have a pretty strong file ~700 compared to a lot of folks.
Check out the Score Power product from Equifax to get an idea where you stand: most credit cards and autos these days aren't underwriting on any mortgage trifecta score, some credit unions is about it.
