I Have only 3 student loans for tradelines were in default and rehabed with 1 year of good payment history now. No Collections accounts. AU on my wifes cards. My wife has excellent credit. We need both or my income to qualify for a resonable house in FL. Is this enough to qualify me for a mortgage?
