Can I qualify for a mortgage with judgements against me? They are not on the CR's but listed at the local court house. I am thinking when a tilte company will find them and report to lender?? Thanks

You will be required to disclose any outstanding judgements against you when you apply for your mortgage, even if they are not reporting on your credit report. Not doing so constitutes fraud.
If you are pre-approved with the judgements, almost all lenders will require that they are paid prior to or at closing.
