Does my fico scores have to be 700+ across the board (Equifax, Transunion and Experian) in order to qualify for the best rate?

Do you mind mentioning the type of mortgage your going for? If its with FHA, I don't think the score matters much toward your interest rate. My rate is 3.875% and middle credit score is 657 i believe.
