They are the preferred lender of my builder so I had to apply with them.
They have been super easy to work with and are currently cheaper than my other quote. They also sent me paperwork with all 3 scores shortly after applying, which was kind of cool. I've been impressed and am almost rooting for them to be cheaper than my broker my lady friend refers people to when buying used homes.
