Finally got my final approval. I have to have the well installed and electrical upgrade done prior to a close date being set. So working on that now they were hoping to escrow I told them I didn't think USDA would allow it and nope has to be done prior to close. So I'll be busy getting this stuff scheduled I'm just glad I work evenings the next two nights then am off for five days. Going to need it!
