I had been on a repayment plan for approx 3 months prior.  It was a 6 month total repayment plan

If they did it wasn't hard pull.  They did tell me they were going to though

I closed on 12/6 and my LO said they did a "credit refresh" (had to be a SP because no notifications from MF) and you have no worries about electric company pulling your credit which they did as well as apping for a card that was approved but only for 3k (rolls his eyes) which is one of my lowest limits.
