May 6 - Applied for loan and lender recommended USDA Guaranteed (Submitted Tax Returns, W2's & Check Stubs)
May 19 - Found home FSBO and made offer on the spot
May 21 - Purchase aggreement signed and submitted to lender
May 23 - Signed Discloser Forms / GFE
May 24 - VOE received by employer
May 28 - VOE completed and returned
May 29 - Appraisal paid for
June 12 - Appraisal performed
June 14 - Lender received completed appraisal ($ 2000.00 above asking)
June 21 - Signed & Faxed back Form 1980-21
June 25 - Lender attorney requested copy of Seller's Deed
June 27 - Lender requested HO Insurance quote.
June 28 - Lender called for verbal VOE with employer
*July 01 - Just informed that the loan has been approved, waiting on title opinion.

I'm expecting to get the CTC sometime this week. The loan officer tells me I'm approved for the loan but waiting on the title opinion from the attorney.
