I'm expecting to get the CTC sometime this week. The loan officer tells me I'm approved for the loan but waiting on the title opinion from the attorney.

Re: My First Home Story

I'm looking at my sales aggreement and realizing we stated "fully executed and closed" no later than July 20.

Is this where people on this forum get there "scheduled closing date"?

How likely is it that the bank stalls until this date before doing the closing simply because they can?
