If it was some like 10 or 15k I could understand their position but $2300. I'm not even going to entertain the foolishness of NVR Mortgage. My wife and I have pretty much had it with these people and pay them no mind anymore.

Starting Score:TransUnion: 698 (12 FEB 2010), Equifax: 674 (12 FEB 2010)
Current Score:TransUnion: 703 (11 NOV 2012), Equifax: 637 (11 NOV 2012), Experian: 628 (11 NOV 2012)
Goal Score:All scores 700+ by Dec 2013!!
