Just wanted to let you know I had the same experience as you with this mortgage company. Everything was fast and easy no delays at all. Closed 10 days earlier then the original estimated closing date. The process took 25 days. Thanks again for sharing your journey.

I also closed with this company through a correspondent. I was wondering how long it took for them to report to your credit report. I closed in September and still haven't reported yet.

They started reporting pretty quickly for me. I closed on June 3rd. I just checked. I received a MyFico alert of my new mortgage account on July 4th.

I was surprised. I've read so many times that it takes a lot longer.

Stonegate will probably report soon for you.
