Re: My USDA guaranteed thread

I am a "planner" too and my gf isn't. She is all set to just go with the flow and wait for it to happen. She keeps telling me to relax and only wants to know (in advance) when she should schedule off for work. Im like, **bleep** - I don't know yet, that is why I have so much anxiety over it. Her name isn't involved with this though, everything is in my name only as we make too much together to even qualify for USDA guaranteed. She asked me again last night and I really have no answer. the LO says possibly the 4th or 5th, but our P&S has 4/13, so for now I am just sticking with that. As far as the conditions go, I am nervously waiting for my LO to call me and let me know what the underwriter says. Its funny how just reading other peoples experiences is both therapeutic as well as scary though.

Sigh....Nope. LO said 7 days (after originally saying 10 days) so it was submitted on Thursday of last week so I expect to hear something Monday or Tuesday.

I have read almost every single USDA thread on this board and I read alot saying we could call our local USDA office and see what their current turnaround time was. My LO said it's posted on their website, but I couldn't find it anywhere.

I am just so anxious!

I hope yours is right too. If so, you and I should both be hearing something back around the same time. Maybe we will close on the same day!!
