I have to wait for renovations to be done so I will have like 2-3 wks to pack. Mine is a 203k loan

Thank you hamstrong523 and mpmss1!!!  I wish you both nothing but the best as well.  This entire ordeal has gone smooth for me when compared to some of the stories I have read on these forums, yet the sleepless nights are still building, as is the anxiety.  However, Ihave found that killing a 12 pack or so before bed makes me sleep like a baby!!  haha

**Semi Update**

It seems the appraisal company scheduled my appraisal for NEXT WEEK on the 28th.  My LO called them this morning and requested an earlier appointment and they said they would send someone else.  I am waiting to find out when it will be....

It really sucks thinking the appraisal has already been done and then find out its only been scheduled.....

so the wait continues...

Have you heard back yet to see if they could get to it quicker?

Today is business day 6 for me with USDA having the file....was told turnaround time is 7 days. I really hope I hear something positive on Monday!
