I would call the realtor and the LO to speed up the process.... Closing day is a big payday for everyone involved so trust me the want to get this done just as bad as you do.

A call to the realtor took care of it. I got the HUD. Headed to get the certified check now. Now that I am forking out almost $10K I am sick to my stomach. I will get over it as soon as I have my keys I'm sure. I'm really excited for the walkthrough that is in an hour. I haven't seen the house since the inspection.

Thanks everyone for all the advice and support. It means a lot. Our sellers are due to be out of the house by 5:00 today and then its all ours. We are planning to eat pizza on the dining room floor tonight. I'm really excited about that!
