Just wanted to again send out some positive ju ju for everyone who is waiting on some good news!!!

Here is to hoping we all get what we are working so hard for and that we remember to remain patient, calm, and don't bite peoples heads off because we are so antsy (yes, this last one was for me!!)

I'm the antsy one too!  I was told we could close tomorrow (maybe)...but we do not have the "clear" yet.

I'm getting a little pushy on the lender.  It's like I'm turning into someone I'm not.    I like the positive morning message!  Much needed!
