The administrator of this site confirmed that in fact WM does offer the TU08 score. You can't get much more definitive than that.

yes, I signed up just for the TU08 FICO. The silly thing of it is, now I have two TU scores that lenders don't use. TU98 from myFICO and TU08 form Walmart.
