OMG London, when it rains it pours doesn't it? Your LO is a butthead and you need to drop her. Find a way to get a new LO and file a complaint against her. I can only imagine how many other clients she is messing up. Good luck to you. I have faith you'll get this house.
Dallas or someone, HELP!!!
So I contacted the twit broker today about the one time mortgage insurance payment and having it added to my closing costs and well, that was just a ridiculous waste of time, but she did say they never ordered my FHA number. She said the contract isn't complete because the bank has not agreed in writing to the sale yet so they can't order one.
I told my realtor and he's thinking what I'm thinking... That it's crap. The bank approval is a contingency and had nothing to do with the number, right? We have a completely exacutible contract. Now my realtor is pissed and had me contact the assistance program for any other lenders I could possibly use.
We can get an FHA number, right?
Did they drop the ball?

You have the case number cancelled and get a new one. as long as case number is pulled before July 1 then no need to pay
actually.... it would be better if you got a new loan officer to do that. it will be a verry expensive lesson for the twit
never mind my rambling.
my answer was wrong.
i was answering questions in two different browsers and got confused.
@LondonMassey wrote:It's a non-profit, not related. The broker took the classes and paid the fees.
