NEW CAR PURCHASE

Me and my husband our trying to buy a new car but we both have car payments prior to our marriage and I guess my credit is better mid score 650 so i was wondering can we trade his car in (he owes less than me 3k) but use my credit to finance the new car.

Do not see reason why not.
But remember that for auto based loans, they look mostly your car loans paymeny history and not simple scores.

He will need to sign off on the "sale" of the car being traded in.
