thanx Lady_Scarlet..can you give me some advise with this?

FICO 620 me / wife 567..income 120K yearly..paid off ALL collections , no late on revolving or installments last 12months....35K in hand for down/closing..399K home in escrow as we speak ..going FHA .....monthly bills. 1100.00 w/ 3100.00 estimate mortgage...any obstacles we might run into getting approved?

i just retrieved my FICOS through fico.com...659 / 654 / 599.....3/3/08...what your take on my situation Lady_ Scarlet?!?

Daddy May - considering the DP alone -- there  shouldn't be a problem as far as I can tell (I'm not a lender or underwriter - just a Realtor)
