For those of you that did the %100 financing, or 5/5 arm with NFCU, what were your middle scores and dti? Trying to figure out if it's worth applying for. I have a 685 mid and want to pull the trigger this week if possible. Don't know if that's a high enough score. I have $1200/payments and make $115k. Looking around! $390-$400k home %100 financing. Thanks
