Hello, I have my checking and savings, plus my car, motorcycle and now 2 credit cards with NFCU. I tried for a mortgage this summer, but was shot down because my student loans are in rebuilding and will finish in Feb 2014. I really like NFCU and they have treated me well, but I have a couple local lenders who have also been really good to me and will pull my credit reports for free so I can see what is going on when Navy charged me 11.00. It would be nice to keep everything there, but I'm also not opposed to going with some one local.
I'm just looking for peoples thoughts on staying with NFCU and what rates people might have gotten on a 30 year VA and what their scores were at the time they were pre approved.
