so, heard back from Navy today. they were able to get the transcript from IRS and going to back to UW for final approval. still scheduled to close on friday. sitting on pins and needles. hope nothing else delays this
Hi crown.... I closed today! Did you??? It was a nail biter for sure. They didn't start preparing our hUD until closing time... And I got money back. Hope this is the case for you.
BeingMaryJane.... we did! i guess we had the same experience. they prepared our HUD there and after signing, we had to wait about 40 mins for the wire to come through. all in all, we made it!!!! congrats on your new home.
