NFCU

NFCU sent me a wonderful letter telling me I am elgible to refinance my home that I have mortgaged with them since Oct 2003.  Never missed a payment with them and have 2 liens on my home.  Problem is they never respond whe I take the first step in filling out the self-assessment tool online.  I've heard that they are not too much in the business of helping people that are paying on time.  Has any other memebers found this to be true?  Thanks.

Re: NFCU

Could the letter be sort of auto-generated and the process grind to a halt when the system sees liens?

Re: NFCU

Why not call them and ask?  I've always done very well with their telephone folks.

Re: NFCU

You should call them up, they are very informative!

I checked with them on my FHA Streamline Refi, they were really nice, but I didn't want to pay the 1% origination fee that is part of their program.
