Yeah, I've read a whole bunch of the blogs, I'm obsessed. I know there have been plenty of fine experiences, and I'm sure it just depends on your particular loan officer/underwriter,etc. Still, it's just one more concern to add to the pile of stress. And if I go in expecting the worst, then hopefully I'll be pleasantly surprised!

Seems like mostly the issue is with paperwork. People have had to submit the same bank statements, check copies, etc, multiple times.  I hope you get an easy approval!

Thanks! I have all of my documentation for them in a PDF file acessable on my phone, so it should be very easy to send/re-send info!
