From my own personal experience. It’s do able but its going to take some rebuilding  In December  2014 I had high 500 scores but not eligible for any mortgage loan product -FHA lender overlays meant I could not get any financing with scores of 594 mid score.That said. Please spend time in the rebuilding forum. I camped there for 3 months and they will help you clean up
