post BK = after your BK filing date.
In your original post you mention that you have had medical collections. I thought it was after you filed but now I see that you didn't specify.
Any collection or late payment after you have had a BK is very difficult to overcome for a new mortgage. Have you checked your actual cr reports? (not CK, but from annualcreditreport.com)
