I need advice, I am pre approved for a rural development mortgage loan, with a median 648 score, I went under contract. After 10 days of being under contract my score went down 13 points. Is this going to have a huge effect on the final decision of my mortgage loan? Under immense amount of stress

Why the score decrease?

I have a a credit card that said I was late, I disputed it with all three credit unions, and they took it off, but after 2 months Trans union put it back on my credit dropping my on time payments from 100% to 99%

May hurt because you can't have had late payments within the last 12 months
