Thank you everyone. I wanted to give an update as I have been really busy with moving. The OHFA loan process was simple, I did get my final approval with a week, and it was just a matter of the house getting completed. The good thing is that from the time the loan was approved to the time the house was complete the interest rate went down to 4.00%. Other than that I closed on 9/30 and have been moving and getting things situated over the past few weeks.
