My mom put in an offer for a short sale about a month ago, sounded promising at first. The listing agent has experience with ss, her agent doesnt really tho. The appraisal was done about 2 weeks ago. And all she has heard since was the sellers agent saying that BofA has assigned a new negotiator to the short sale. What does that mean?
Shes trying not to be impatient, she knows its a short sale. Im not familiar with the process so I dont know what to tell her, if what she has gone thru already is normal and how much waiting there is to go.
