Need help with explanation letters

Does anyone have any templates or ideas for explanation letter for Judgements and Medical collections? Oh yeah, I need one for book of the month club and library too. Thanks any suggestion would be helpful

Short, concise, honest. Mine were basically paragraphs.

When we had to write one a few months ago, this is what I used as a template -- believe it or not, I found on the web (they're REALLY hard to find). Our LO *LOVED* it and said she was going to use it as a template for her other clients.

I wonder if the actual original creator realizes how well it does?

1. What happened.

2. How you dealt with it.

3. What steps you have taken to insure that it doesn't happen again.
