Need to stop my disputes for mortgage app,what are the steps

Lex law opened a lot of disputes with EX and TU and now I need to cancel them before I can apply for a mortgage.Please tell me what to do.

From what I've heard if "you" (or someone on your behalf) opened the dispute YOU contact the big 3 credit reporting agencies and ask them to remove them.
