I just put my offer in on my first home. Problem is their are 14 bids and as I was leaving the house 4 other cars with more people. I am so scared. I offered 12 thousand more than the asking price with them paying % of closing. I am trying not to get my hopes up but I think I will be a little crushed if I do not get this home. It is perfect.
