New Contruction - How long to build?

Choosing a good builder is better while building a house. I also build my new house month ago with a reasonable price through some professional builders and I am satisfy from them Really good and appreciative work. I also suggest you to choose good builders while building a home.

I believe I chose a good builder. I just think that whoever wrote up the plans was just used to building this house the way it is normally built. This builder does not do much custom work.

we just moved into our new construction by Lennar last week.  They build the house in about 2.5 months, they went up REALLY fast.  In fact they put the stucco up too fast and it cracked within a week and they had to redo it.  I think builders are more willing to fix random issues than pay for long term labor.
