New GFE

Firstable I want to thanks everyone that helped me in the previous thread specially shane. If it wasn't for you guys, I was going to get ripped off.

Here is my new GFE.

 

Im getting a FHA 5.0% 30 year loan for a home that cost 220,000.....Im putting 3.5% down and seller up to 6,000 towards closing cost

Looks great but I always make sure with the application fee that it isrefundable in case you do not get approved, and that it also takes the place of you paying the appraiser directly (so at closing you'll have a $395 credit towards the appraisal vs. paying the $395 application fee and also the appraiser at the time of inspection).

What are the chances of the loan being deny?

 

last year I made 75K.

My debt to income is really low. I'm 26 years old, Single with no kids.

Oooh the single & no kids part is going to kill ya ;-)   Nah those items aren't too important for an underwriter.  If you don't have a ton of monthly payments, and your credit score is good then it's likely you'll qualify.
