New Home Owner. Mortgage question

Hello All,

I have not finally purchased my first home.  Because I am poor and my credit is ok score was 705 my realtor setup me up with a LO she works with often.  I did 3.5 down.  My mortage company is Cenlar and I found nothing but awful reviews about them.  Does anyone here have them and what has been your experiance?  Cn I switch companies or do I have to wait 6months to a year with perfect payment to switch? My first payment is Dec 1st so I have had no isses yet.  Just nervous by all the bad reviews.

I can only give info about Cenlar.

I have had them for the last year or so.

My mortgage was transferred to them by Dovenmuehle (hated this co).

Cenlar has been fine for me.

I pay my mortgage ontime and online every month (free )

I can request any information from them at any time, and most is visible online.

They are pretty quick to respond to emails as well.

Thank You.  That does help.  I am very curious about all the bad ratings I found.  Hoping I do not run into any issues.
