Will I be able to afford this house with my income and credit ? Thanks for your help

I think everything looks good, it doesn't give too much information, like is your car payment the only debt or do you owe money on the credit cards you listed?

no debt other than car payment

I see no reason why you would not be able to get a mortgage.

Yes, you would qualify for this mortgage pretty easily.  If you go off of the backend DTI of 45% you are well within that.  I believe you are fine on the front end too.  Go get preapproved and talk to a professional
