I was preapprove with Wells Fargo however I switch to builder mortgage company Pulte.
This is for a new construction, I sign the house paperwork and send all the paperwork to Pulte.
Its been a month so far, the house not even started to be build.
The last I time I talked to Pulte they said it was send to underwriting, how long does this process usually takes.?
I'm in houston texas, I'm hoping all this takes 2 months as my wife is pregnant and her due date is November 23.
I'm getting worried this wont be done in time. We are doing an FHA loan and hoping to apply for Harris County Down payment assistance
