I am trying to get a mortgage. recently i hired a firm to help me upgrade and research my credit. Really low 565 my question is my realtor told me lenders will not close
on a loan that has a dispute on credit even if it is completed or closed It would seems to me that it would not matter if it has been investigated and closed. why would I be required to go through the hassle of getting it removed. any help wil be appreciated
