No problems with getting a fha loan

Hi everyone,

I close on august, 3 years after a foreclosure in arizona.
4.25 fha loan....seller paying alll closing costs.....i write a check for 6988.00 at closing. Loan is for 168000. Credit scores in upper 600 to lower 700.
Dti was 29/37. There was no issues with underwriting.

Congrats and thank you for posting. We are going to have 3 years from deed in lieu at the end of September, scheduled to close on a new construction at the end of October.  How UW new when you have 3 years from foreclosure? Based on what date?
