Re: Non-purchasing spouse with bad credit

Just to update on this......

My husband's credit turned out not to be an issue but it did cause us some problems along the way. I still had to explain his collections. In the end, the lender says the underwriter has signed off on my file pending completion of the appraisal. We are expecting that tomorrow.

Starting scores 2/27/12 TU 605 EX 576 EQ 560

Re: Non-purchasing spouse with bad credit

Ky where I live is a CP state and my wife had horrible credit so we went off my income, credit, debt only and it wasnt a problem. She is on the deed but not on the loan. It was never an issue
