EDIT: Well I obviously didn't closed on the 12th, I got the HOI on the 12th and signed an extension on the sales contract for closing on the 19th. Yesterday I got an email from the underwriter saying she sent the loan to a second review, LO said not to worry that I may get the final approval today, keeping fingers crossed and checking my email every 30 seconds pretty much :/

How in the world did you get a 1.75 rate?!
As stated, it started off at 3.75, but NACA allows you to buy your rate down..
I bought it down a full 2 percentage points.. landing me @ 1.75%
